The Pre-Visit
I want you to feel entirely confident in choosing me as your stylist. Throughout my streamlined new client experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about me through my website and various social media profiles. You will find a comprehensive overview of the services I offer, along with transparent pricing for each option, ensuring there are no surprises on the day of your appointment.
The Consultation
Communication is everything! When you arrive we will have a detailed conversation about your hair goals that you are looking to achieve by the end of the appointment as well as future goals moving forward. I will ask you various questions about your hair history, lifestyle, ideal daily styling maintenance and more. We will go over what products fit your needs and how to achieve the style you are looking for at home. I will continue the conversation until I am 100% confident that we are on the same page and I have a full understanding of what you are looking to achieve. Once our consultation is complete, it’s time for you to relax and enjoy yourself! This is YOUR time—savor a drink and a snack, catch up on emails if you like, or feel free to chat with me about anything that’s on your mind!

Our communication extends beyond your visit to the salon. I often express to my clients that "this was our first date."
